2days : Saturday, June 19 - Sunday, June 20, 2021

*An opening reception (welcome party) will be held on Friday, June 18, the previous day of the rally.

Event Location
It will be held for two days,
Yomitan Village / Onna Village / Okinawa City / Nago City / Ginoza Village / Kunigami Village Other surrounding areas.
Number of Cars Accepted
50 cars (plans)
Entry Regulation
Participants must enter as a team of two people, one driver and one co-driver.
Vehicles
・Vehicles must be manufactured by December 31, 1973.
・Both domestic and foreign vehicles may participate (neither replica nor remodeled vehicles are not allowed to participate).
・ Vehicles must have a valid number plate with valid car registration until the conclusion of the event.
・Vehicles must be approved by the Classic Car Rally Okinawa Executive Committee.
Entry Fee
300,000 yen per vehicle (two people)
・Accommodation
[ 2 nights: June 18 (Fri)-19 (Sat) Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island Okinawa ]
* Stays on the end date of June 20 (Sun) are not included.
*Those who wish to use for single use will be charged an additional fee.
・ Meals
[6 meals from 4th dinner to 6th lunch]
* Includes welcome party on Friday, June 18 and gala party on Saturday, June 19 .
・ Awards ceremony on Sunday, June 20
・ Optional courses, commemorative gifts, etc.
*Hyatt Regency Naha is available for those who would like to arrange a later stay. (2 people/room: \20,000)

Response to new coronavirus infections

【 Before the event 】
・Participants are requested to fill out the pre-confirmation checklist every day from 2 weeks before the event. (See attached table)
・We will send you a PCR test kit to your home one week before the event. Collect the sample yourself and send it to the designated laboratory please. The test results will be announced by the convention secretariat.


【 During the holding period 】
Participants are kindly requested to cooperate in the following items during the tournament.
・ Temperature measurement at reception and every morning (non-contact type)
・ Wearing a mask
・ Enforcement of hand hygiene with rubbing alcohol
・ Bring your own towel
・ Report on physical condition
Please note that you will not be able to participate if any of the following items are met on the day of the event.
・ There is fever (37.5 ℃ or more)
・ Symptoms similar to a cold such as coughing and sore throat
・ Suffering from breathing and tiredness
・ Symptoms such as nausea and diarrhea
・ Abnormal sense of smell and taste
・ There is close contact with people who are positive for the new coronavirus infection
・ Some people are suspected of being infected by their family members or close acquaintances.
・ Within the past 14 days, travel to countries, regions, etc. that require immigration restrictions from the government, observation period after entry, or
・ There is close contact with the resident


【About the pros and cons of holding due to the spread of new coronavirus infection】
One month before the event (May 18, 2021), the event was reconsidered based on the infection situation and social conditions, and the final event was held. Make a decision. If it is decided to cancel the event, the full participation fee will be refunded. (Transfer fee and registered mail shipping fee Does not include)
